1. In a small bowl, combine all spices and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan on a medium heat, add onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute. ⁠
  3. Add spices to pan, stirring for a further minute or until fragrant. ⁠
  4. Add chicken, stock, coconut cream and tomato. Bring to the boil and then reduce heat. ⁠ Simmer until chicken has cooked and sauce has reduced, approximately 10 minutes. ⁠
  5. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  6. Add drained pasta to butter chicken and stir through. ⁠
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
