1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  2. To make the pesto, place carrot tops, yeast, pine nuts, oil, garlic, salt and pepper into a blender and combine into a smooth paste (add more olive oil if necessary for a smoother consistency).⁠
  3. Add cooked pasta to the pesto and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with additional nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese. ⁠
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
