1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add pasta and cook as per packet instructions.
  2. Once cooked, strain pasta and rinse under running cold water. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine aioli, balsamic and half the amount of chives and mix to combine.
  4. Place pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, eggs onion, capers, corn, and green beans into a large bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta and mix gently.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve in a large bowl or into 4 to 6 small bowls, and garnish with remaining chives.
  8. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
