Ingredients
No Boil Trivelle Pasta Bake
San Remo No. 17 Trivelle 350g
4 tbsp olive oil
700ml tomato pasta sauce
250ml cooking cream
2 cups water
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ tsp dried chilli flakes
sea salt & cracked black pepper
250g grated mozzarella
6 slices prosciutto, torn into bite sized pieces
⅓ cup assorted chopped olives
100g feta
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place pasta, olive oil, pasta sauce, cream, water, garlic, chilli, salt & pepper into a baking tray and mix well to combine.
Cover with foil and baking for 45 minutes, stirring well after 20 minutes.
Remove foil, add mozzarella, prosciutto and olives and bake for a further 10 minutes.
Garnish with crumbled feta.
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
