1. Place pasta into a medium saucepan and add enough cold water to just cover. Add salt, bring to the boil and simmer until most of the water has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add evaporated milk, bring to the boil, add cheese and stir continuously, until cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  3. Garnish with paprika and chives.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy with family and friends!
