Bowties with Tuna, Broccoli & Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
San Remo No.23 Bowties 500g
2 tbsp olive oil
1 leek, finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tsp dried crushed chilli + extra to garnish
3 cups roughly chopped broccoli
2 cups chicken stock
sea salt & cracked black pepper
180g tinned tuna in springwater, drained
100ml cooking cream
⅓ cup parmesan
2 tbsp chopped dill + extra leaves to garnish
Method
Heat a large, deep frypan over medium to high heat. Add leek and sauté until softened.
Add garlic and chilli and sauté for a further minute.
Add broccoli and chicken stock and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer until broccoli is just tender.
Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
Add tuna and cream to the frypan and simmer to reduce the cream a little.
Add pasta, parmesan and dill and toss well.
Garnish with extra chilli and dill leaves.
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
