1. Heat a large, deep frypan over medium to high heat. Add leek and sauté until softened.
  2. Add garlic and chilli and sauté for a further minute.
  3. Add broccoli and chicken stock and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer until broccoli is just tender.
  5. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  6. Add tuna and cream to the frypan and simmer to reduce the cream a little.
  7. Add pasta, parmesan and dill and toss well.
  8. Garnish with extra chilli and dill leaves.
  9. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
