Method

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of honey, apple and orange juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Cover CousCous with the honey and juice mixture and cover with cling wrap and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove cling wrap and use a folk to fluff CousCous.
  4. Once CousCous is cooled, add almonds, berries, peaches and pumpkin seeds and mix.
  5. Add a dollop of yoghurt and a drizzle of honey to finish.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
