1. In a pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. In a frypan over a medium heat melt the butter, add onion with a pinch of salt and cook until it begins to soften. Add garlic and cook for a minute then add cream and turn the heat down and let the sauce thicken.
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, add the crab to the sauce and mix the pasta through, adding a bit of pasta water.
  4. Add lemon zest and some freshly ground black pepper, continue to mix until the sauce coats pasta evenly.
  5. Take the pasta off the heat and finish the pasta with dill and lemon juice.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
