1. Into a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to packet directions.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan on medium heat until butter is melted.
  3. Add sausage meat and cook for 5 minutes or until brown.
  4. Stir in broccolini and truffle paste.
  5. Pour cream into pan and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  7. Cook until sauce coats the back of the spoon.
  8. Add pasta, parsley and parmesan and stir together.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
