Method

  1. Cook pasta as per packet directions but for only 6 mins in water.
  2. In a large frying pan on low heat.
  3. Heat olive oil, garlic & chilli for 3 to 4 mins or until garlic is golden brown.
  4. Remove pasta from water and add spaghetti into pan. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  5. Gently stir the pasta into the oil mixture.
  6. Add the reserved pasta water to pan, stirring occasionally. Cook until pasta is al dente. (approx 5mins)
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Top with parsley and serve to family and friends!
