1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan on medium heat and add onion, basil and bacon and cook for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the mince and cook for 6 mins, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour in the wine and cook until alcohol has evaporated.
  4. Stir in the chilli, lemon, oregano and passata. Season with salt and pepper and cover and simmer for 15 mins.
  5. Meanwhile, into a pot of boiling, salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  6. Strain pasta and add it to the pan along with the butter and pecorino and mix well.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends.
