1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan on medium heat and add onion, basil and bacon and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add mince and cook for 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour in wine and cook until alcohol has evaporated.
  4. Stir in chilli, lemon, oregano and passata. Season with salt and pepper and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  6. Strain pasta and add it to the pan along with butter and pecorino and mix well.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends.
