1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the lamb mince, garlic, mint, tomato sauce; salt and pepper in a bowl and using clean hands work the mixture together. Roll the mixture into approximately 20 balls the size of a walnut.
  3. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, while the meatballs are cooking prepare the La Pasta according to the packet directions.
  5. Place the peas in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the La Pasta with the meatballs and peas. Garnish with fresh mint.
