1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.
  2. In a large saucepan over a medium to high heat, melt the butter add oil and onion and cook until it begins to soften.
  3. Next, add garlic and chilli flakes, cook for a further minute.
  4. Add tomato paste and fry off, then pour tin of tomatoes in with half a tin of water. Season with salt and cook down gently to thicken the sauce.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and add lobster meat; gently folding through the sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley, green chilli and lemon zest.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
