Method
Place beef and tamari in a small bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onion. Continue to stir until softened for approximately 2 minutes.
Add beef and mushroom, stir until beef is lightly browned.
Pour milk, broth and tomato paste into pan and bring to boil.
Sprinkle in tapioca flour and stir to combine. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until sauce thickens for approximately 5 minutes.
Stir sauce through cooked pasta and enjoy with a sprinkle of parmesan of nutritional yeast.
