1. Place pasta into a pot along with spring onions, goats’ cheese, parmesan and garlic.
  2. Pour stock over ingredients.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer for around 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  4. Add chicken, dill, spinach and stir through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
