Method

  1. Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Heat a pan on low and add olive oil, basil and garlic.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of pasta water to the pan and pour in passata. Bring to a medium boil.
  5. Simmer and cook for 10 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add pasta in with the sauce straight from the pot and mix.
  7. Add parmesan over the top and serve and enjoy with family and friends!
