					In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.

					In a frypan over a medium heat, fry off the bacon. Add a drizzle of olive oil and the onion, fry until softened. Add garlic and chilli, fry off for a minute. Add passata and bring to the boil then simmer until the sauce thickens.

					Add cream and swirl into the tomato. Cook for a further minute then carefully blend till smooth with a stick blender. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.

					Once the pasta is cooked drain quickly then add into the pan with the rose sauce. Toss the pasta through the sauce to fully coat the pasta.

					Serve pasta in bowls, topped with torn burrata and extra basil leaves.
