Place cream in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 2 minutes.

Add cheddar and parmesan and whisk to melt through.

Return to microwave for 30 second bursts, whisking in between, until a smooth cheese sauce forms.

Heat macaroni as per packet instructions and place into the sauce.

Add chives and season with pepper. Stir well and serve.
