Method

  1. Place cream in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cheddar and parmesan and whisk to melt through.
  3. Return to microwave for 30 second bursts, whisking in between, until a smooth cheese sauce forms.
  4. Heat macaroni as per packet instructions and place into the sauce.
  5. Add chives and season with pepper. Stir well and serve.
  6. Enjoy with family and friends.
