Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the prepared vegetables in a bowl and toss with olive oil and salt.
  3. Line a baking tray with some baking paper and spread the prepared vegetables out on the tray. Bake in the hot oven for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Add the chicken portions to the tray and return to the oven for a further 5 -10 minutes to heat.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the La Pasta according to the packet directions.
  6. Serve the chicken, vegetables and La Pasta in a bowl.
