Ready Pasta Spaghetti with Pea Pesto & Zucchini

Ingredients
250g San Remo Spaghetti Ready Pasta
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup blanched almonds
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup water
1 zucchini, spiralized
grated parmesan to serve
Sea salt & cracked black pepper
*use store bought pesto for an even easier & quicker meal!
Method
Place garlic, almonds, peas, basil, olive oil, and water in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
Heat spaghetti as per packet instructions, place in a bowl with the zucchini and pesto. Toss well to combine.
Serve with grated parmesan on the side and season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy with family and friends.
