1. In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the meantime, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, nuts of your choice, garlic and nutritional yeast into a food processor or blender. Process on low to roughly chop and break down the ingredients.
  3. With the motor running, begin to slowly pour in the oil and process until you reach your desired consistency, depending on whether you prefer a smoother or chunkier pesto.
  4. Mix all of the pesto with the cooked pasta until well coated. Top with fresh basil and chilli flakes.
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
