1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, oil, basil and salt in a large serving bowl and set aside to marinate in the sun for at least one hour.
  3. Drain pasta, stir well to combine with sauce and pecorino.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil and burrata cheese on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
