Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
San Remo Vegeroni Spirals 375g
2 x 200g steaks Fresh S.A tuna
Extra virgin olive oil
6 ripe mixed heirloom tomatoes, cut into quarters
8 fresh bocconcini, torn
1 celery, sliced (inner small stalks)
1 bunch basil, torn
½ cup white balsamic
Salt & pepper
Method
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta per packet directions.
Once cooked strain and refresh under running cold water. Set aside.
Heat a griddle pan on high. Coat tuna with a splash of olive oil and salt & pepper.
Place tuna on pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a plate.
For the salad add tomatoes, bocconcini and celery to a large bowl with cooked pasta.
Break tuna into pieces and add basil to the salad. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic and add salt & pepper to taste.
Toss together gently.
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
