1. Heat a fry pan over a medium heat, add some olive oil and cook the schnitzels till golden on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the La Pasta Four Cheese according to the packet directions.
  3. Place the prepared vegetables in a microwave safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes.
    Remove from the microwave and toss with butter and salt.
  4. Serve the La Pasta with the schnitzels and steamed vegetables sprinkled with a few thyme leaves.
