1. To make the salsa, add tomatoes, capers, olives, chilli, garlic, parsley and olive oil into a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Meanwhile, In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  3. Return pasta to the hot pot, add salsa and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with parmesan to finish.
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
