Method

  1. Add almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla to a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the couscous, cover until all liquid is absorbed.
  3. Fluff with a fork and transfer into a bowl
  4. Top with Strawberries, nuts, and a big dollop of your favourite yoghurt!
