Ingredients
1 cup San Remo CousCous
185g tinned tuna in olive oil
1/2 punnet cherry tomato, halved
4 baby cucumbers, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Cook San Remo CousCous according to packet instructions in a medium bowl.
Add tuna (with oil), tomato, cucumber and spring onion.
Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Toss together and serve.
