1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and place in a large bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, cook beans for 2 minutes in boiling water. Drain and place in cold water to cool. Drain well.
  4. Add tomatoes, beans, onions and kale to the pasta and toss gently. Shake jar of dressing well, then pour over salad. Toss to combine.
  5. Place on a platter or in a shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle seed sprinkles over salad.
  6. Tip: salad seed sprinkles are available from selected health food stores, green grocers and delicatessens.
