Superfood Pasta

Packed with essential nutrients including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants superfoods are much talked about and they can help give a healthy kick to your favourite meals when enjoyed as part of a balanced diet. Ranging from nuts, grains, fruits and seeds to vegetables superfoods can be extremely versatile ingredients and are not all necessarily hard to find, exotic expensive ingredients. Many superfoods  are easy to find in your local supermarket and some even come packed into our pasta products such as our Microwavable CousCous with Quinoa – the chances are pretty good that you’re already enjoying some superfoods such as capsicum as part of your regular diet without even knowing it.
