For the Dressing


  1. Combine capsicum, spring onions and olives in a bowl.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions.
  3. After 5 minutes of cooking the pasta, add the beans to the pout and cook a further 3 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and beans and add to the capsicum/onion/olive mixture.
  5. Combine well.
  6. Warm half the oil over low heat.
  7. Add the walnuts, stirring until brown.
  8. To make the dressing combine all ingredients together in a bowl, minus the Walnuts.
  9. Remove from heat and stir into the dressing.
  10. Fry the chicken in the remaining oil until brown.
  11. Remove and slice across the grain into strips.
  12. Toss chicken into the pasta salad, stir through the dressing and serve.
